這首歌是電影<激戰>，就是在演張家輝跟彭于晏打MMA的那部電影，很重要也很好聽的一首插曲

<激戰>不只是部打架片，其實它想傳達很重要的一個部分是認定目標後跟自己的戰鬥

然而跟自己的戰鬥，往往是孤獨的。孤獨的感覺就像黑暗包圍著自己，就像歌詞一開始，Hello darkness, my old friend, I've come to talk with you again

配上劇情及旋律，感覺相當的點題所以說這首歌很重要

很多人翻唱過這首歌，這兩個版本是我比較愛的，第一個演出者是Ania Dabrowska(這就是電影裡的插曲版本)、第二個演出者是 Simon & Garfunke(原唱)
